RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

MINIMAL THREAD LLC is committed to providing customers with high-quality women’s clothing and reliable after-sales service. To ensure fair transactions and efficient product processing, we have established the following refund and return policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order or submitting a return request.

I. Scope of Refunds

Refunds or returns may be requested under the following circumstances:

The item received has obvious quality issues (e.g., damage, stains, or severe defects).
The wrong item was shipped (style, size, or color does not match the order).
The item was severely damaged during transit (proof of shipping damage or photos required).

Except for the situations listed above, refunds or returns without a specific reason are not accepted—particularly those based on changes in personal preference, incorrect sizing (where size recommendations were not followed), or subjective dissatisfaction.

II. Conditions for Refunds and Returns

Items submitted for return must meet all the following conditions:

The item has not been worn or used.
Original packaging, tags, and accessories remain intact.
The request is submitted within the specified timeframe after receipt (usually within 14 days; please refer to the order page).
The item has not been damaged by the user or washed.

MINIMAL THREAD LLC reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

III. Refund Process

User submits a return request and contacts customer service.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is obtained after approval.
Item is shipped back to the designated address.
Warehouse receives and inspects the item’s condition.
Refund process is initiated upon verification of eligibility.

Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment account within 5–10 business days; the actual time for the funds to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.

IV. Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment: MINIMAL THREAD LLC covers the return shipping costs.
Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size): The user is responsible for return shipping costs.
Certain promotional items may be marked “Final Sale” and are ineligible for return or exchange.

V. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the user’s original payment account, including:

Credit card
Debit card
Third-party payment platforms (if applicable)

This refund policy does not apply to cash payments or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if such payment methods are available).

VII. Non-Refundable Items/Situations

Refunds or returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Items that have been worn or washed
Requests submitted after the return deadline
Damage caused by personal misuse
Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance merchandise
Items missing original packaging or tags
VIII. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with the refund outcome, you may submit a request for review within 7 days of receiving the notification; we will conduct a secondary review.

IX. Policy Updates

MINIMAL THREAD LLC reserves the right to update this refund and return policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately without prior notice.
